** Based on 240 work days per year with 20 work days of annual leave
TERMS & PAYMENTS
- Additional expenses incurred on the client’s behalf, such as postage, supplies, materials, domain
name registration etc. will be billed at cost, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. - A 50% deposit may be required before the start of project.
- Monthly Services - Invoicing will be done on a monthly basis and payment is due upon receipt
following invoicing, unless other arrangements are specified in the agreement. - GST and QST will be applied to all invoices.
- Payment options include cash, business checks, personal checks or money orders ($50.00 fee for all
NSF cheques). - Final proof-reading is the responsibility of the client. If errors are found and reported within 15
business days from the date the client receives the work, we will make the corrections at no charge.
For services billed at an hourly rate, the minimum amount will be for one hour.
Services will be invoiced in 15 minute increments.

Clients who provide referrals will benefit from 10% OFF their next
invoice if their referral results in a signed contract.
